José Auriemo Neto and JHSF Revolutionize Urban Development

JHSF is the front runner in Brazilian high end real estate. Established in 1972, the company is known for its participation in residential and commercial properties as well as developing upscale fashion centers, international hotels and business airports. JHSF successfully expanded internationally in Uraguay and the United States. The company won the Pini award in 2014 and JHSF was recognized as one of the best real estate developers in the country. They have also been featured in multiple magazines for excellence in architecture and Eco friendly developments.

At the head of the company sits José Auriemo Neto. Neto is not only the founder of JHSF but serves as chairman and chief executive officer as well. The corporation was initially created due to a disagreement José Auriemo Neto had with his brother about which direction to take their construction business. They had worked together for many years, first under their father, then with each other. After too many disagreements however, the brothers decided to split up and two corporations were created, one of them being Netos widely successful real estate venture and more learn about JHSF.

In 2009, José Auriemo Neto supervised the groups first endeavor, signing agreements with high end luxury brand designers. These designers included Pucci, Jimmy Choo and Hermes. This marked the start of the creation for luxury outlet malls across Brazil. By 2012, the group was also able to gain partnerships with Velntino and R.E.D. Only after this partnership did Valentino and R.E.D. Stores become available in Brazil. The company has revolutionized the modern real estate and development industry and will continue to do so in the years to come and JHSF’s lacrosse camp.
